RESISTIT® E – for waterproofing special structures in structural and civil engineering.
RESISTIT® E is a heat-weldable EPDM waterproofing membrane reinforced with a glass scrim. Available in widths of up to 2 m, RESISTIT® E offers all advantages for various special structures, narrow seam-free balconies, shed guttering, structures with trapezoidal (VT-corrugations) or shell-shaped (HP shells) cross-sections.
Properties
- Bitumen compatible, heat-weldable waterproofing membrane
- Highly resistant to ageing and weathering without additional surface protection, in accordance with DIN 7864
- Can be walked on when wet and at temperatures down to -35°C
- Resistant to many chemicals and environmental emissions
- Can be hot gas-welded to all RESITRIX waterproofing membranes
- Resistant to flying sparks
- Contains no chlorine and plasticisers; no heat shrinkage
- Complies with DIN 4102, Part 1 (building material class B2); resistant to flying sparks and radiant heat pursuant to DIN 4102, Part 7
- Subject to internal and external monitoring in accordance with the requirements of the EN standards (CE), local certificates and the U.E.A.t.c. directives
