RESITRIX® attends ECOBUILD 2011

Ecobuild, as the world’s biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment, is above all else one of the most effective marketing platforms for suppliers of sustainable and innovative construction products and services. Especially for exhibitors, Ecobuild is a trusted source of high quality contacts and access to the most valuable projects across the UK and beyond.

Ecobuild continues to deliver on all fronts, and has established itself as the leading architectural and construction event in the UK with more than 600 speakers, 1,300 exhibitors and over 50,000 visitors.

This year’s Ecobuild was the first time PDT Waterproofing decided to attend the exhibition and we have had a really successful show as there was considerable interest in everything we displayed including our range of well-proven RESITRIX® waterproofing membranes, with their almost endless application areas and the unmatched environmental credentials that RESITRIX® possess for the waterproofing industry.

The main attraction of our PDTstand, which presented the new redesigned Corporate Identity of PDT Waterproofing, was a 30m² pitched sedum green roof with our self-adhesive and FLL- Root Resistant RESITRIX® SK W FULL BOND waterproofing membrane which was impressively emphasising that RESITRIX® can be used under any living roof application.

Our stand attracted a large number of visitors over the three days showing the growing demand for innovative and qualitative roofing solutions, taking into account ever-changing environmental needs within the construction industry. PDT Waterproofing attaches great importance to the limitation of environmental impact due to manufacture and the use of RESITRIX® products throughout their entire life cycle and the success and feedback we gained at the show speaks for itself and leaves us assured that we are on the right track.

We were very impressed with the high quality project leads taken from the exhibition and are looking forward to next year’s Ecobuild to further grow awareness of our well-proven RESITRIX® range and our extensive roofing solutions.
